Woohoo! Let's give a big round of applause to Melanie and Kurtis for their brand new home in WA! They recently traded sunny Guam for a new adventure in the Pacific Northwest, and my team was lucky enough to help them find their dream home.

After a less-than-stellar experience with their previous agent last year, we swooped in to save the day and show them what house hunting should really be like. We hit the ground running and toured several homes on the first day, but it was love at first sight when they stepped into their new abode. The best part? Their master bedroom boasts an incredible view of Mt. Rainier - talk about a scenic sanctuary!

It brings us so much joy to see Melanie and Kurtis settling in and making their new house a home. We're thrilled that we could be a part of this exciting chapter in their lives and help them find a place they truly love.
