Congratulations to Chase and Dimpzy! We have been talking since summer about their plans of buying a new home. They currently own a house and plan to rent it out and move to their forever home! A little tricky with the VA loan but we were able to make it work. Not only we got this beautiful home situated on an enormous size lot that you can rarely find in new constructions, but I was also able to aggressively negotiate with the builder to pay $24,000 of the buyer's closing costs instead of just $6000 that they advertised.
